ATOP Olive Oil – Aestivum White Truffle Juice

Much stronger than truffle infused olive oils, this oil contains 1.2% truffle juice which comes from the truffles first boil. During the cooking, the fresh truffles lose 25% of their weight – resulting in the famous truffle juice.

This Aestivum truffle, brought to you from the Italian summer, is smaller than the black truffle, is more nutty and subtle, and brings another layer of flavour to your dishes. This oil has a pleasant forest mushroom scent with flavours of buttered hazelnut.

Perfect for an omelette or risottos, it adds body to all fish or meat sauces.

It can even be used to make ice cream with a delicate hazelnut flavour.
