Panang curry sauce mix for the chef who’s short on time! Do not confuse with red curry, Panang is thick, robust & full of coconut flavour. You can’t complain about a 10-minute cooking time for this delicious meal! Add red, white meat, seafood or tofu. Then bell pepper, asparagus or string beans for an extra element if you want it and garnish with thinly sliced kaffir leaves & red pepper at the end- too easy!
